Dr. Andri Ottesen is the Principal Investigator of 2 year KFAS funded and LSE lead project, researching Attitudes Towards Using and Purchasing Electric Vehicles in Kuwait. He has been for 10 years Assistant Professor at Australian University. He is a Division Coordinator for Environment and Development at the Center of Sustainability, Research and Consulting. He is former Director of Operation for the synthetic fuel maker Carbon Recycling International, Managing Director of Startup Iceland, CEO for Seed Forum Iceland and Head of Division/Budget Analysis for Office of Strategic and Fiscal Affairs for the Icelandic Ministry of Finance. He served as a Major in NATO Peace Keeping Mission in Kosovo. He graduated with BA in International Business and Foreign Languages from California State University and entrepreneurial MBA from the same university. Graduated with MA in Commerce from Japan, and was a Reacher Scholar at Stanford University, Leipzig University and University of Iceland. He holds PhD in International Business Management from International School of Management in Paris and New York.

Eng. Dina AlNakib, Program Manager/Flagship Projects Program Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS). Holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University. Previously worked in Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research and was involved in several award-winning applied and research projects. Certified professional in Lighting, Energy Auding and Renewable Energy. Awarded Energy Engineer of the Year for the MENA Region in 2019 by the Association of Energy Engineers.

Dr. Hidab Hamwi, Assistant Professor at Kuwaiti Institute for Scientific Research. Her research consists of Renewable Energy System including Electric Vehicle Battery testing and Solar Power Systems where she is widely published in the field of EV battery testing and photovoltaics. She graduated with PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from State University of New York and MSc and BSc in Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University.

Eng. Abdulaziz Al Kous, Senior Engineer at the Ministry of Electricity and Water, Renewable Energy Division (MEW). His responsibilities are leading efforts related to EV Regulations, Certifications, and the development of EV charging infrastructure and stations in Kuwait. He is an Electronic Engineer from Australian University.

Mr. Muhammed Alnebari has BSc degree in Applied Bio-Sciences from University of Plymouth in UK, and MSc in Environmental Dynamics and Climate Change from Swansea University in UK. ChargedKw is the provider of all kinds Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment for any type of electric transportation as well as promoter of zero emission transportation.

Eng. Mohammed Navfal, Senior Marketing Executive at Kia Kuwait For the last 5 years he has been in charge of developing market and sales for the automobile dealerships in Kuwait including Electric Vehicles Market. He has a MBA from University of Gloucestershire in UK and holds a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering.
